How a mixer is made
Every step happens in one factory, so we control the steel, the welds and the finish of each machine we ship.
Cutting the steel
Drum plates and frame parts are cut on our CNC cutting table.
Machining
Shafts, bushings and gear parts are turned on the lathe.
Welding
Robot and manual welding join the drum and the frame.
Grinding and finishing
Every weld is ground smooth before the machine is painted.
Assembly
Drums, frames, engines and wheels come together in the main hall.
Checked and ready
Finished mixers are test-run and lined up for packing.
Loaded for export
Packed into FCL or LCL containers in our yard and shipped from Vietnam.
One factory, every machine
Phu Long began as a local mechanical workshop more than twenty years ago. Today one production site in Giao Thuy, Ninh Binh, does everything from cutting and rolling steel to welding, painting, assembly and a test run before each machine is packed.
Because it all happens under one roof, we can change the drum size, the colour, the engine or the logo for each order, and mix several models in one container.
